VP of DEI & Inclusion Strategy

Earthjustice seeks a visionary Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion to lead strategy and implementation of DEI initiatives across the organization. You will drive cultural change, collaborate with senior leadership, and advance inclusion inside Earthjustice and with partners in the environmental space. The role requires a track record of building equitable workplaces, expertise in DEI best practices, and the ability to influence across multiple departments.
