Quality Training Coordinator

Overview In this role you will own and continuously improve Oklo’s quality training and qualification program, translating QA requirements into practical, role-based training. You will partner with QA, document control, and process owners to map roles to training needs, ensure procedures are training-ready, and maintain defensible training records. You’ll drive program metrics, support corrective actions through training actions, and ensure timely qualification of personnel performing quality-affecting work. Compensation / Benefitsflexible time offequitybonuses 401(k)health insurance with employer contributionHSA Responsibilities Develop and maintain the quality training program in line with 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, ASME NQA-1, and Oklo procedures Create and maintain a role-based training matrix identifying workers whose roles affect quality Define competency expectations and appropriate qualification methods with SMEs and managers Implement a training-needs-analysis process considering regulatory, contractual, and organizational changes Coordinate training impacts when procedures are revised and ensure traceability of training to documents Maintain controlled curricula, materials, exams, and evaluations; manage qualification cards and records Administer training assignments and track completion in learning or quality management systems Monitor overdue or expiring training; escalate issues affecting authorization to perform quality work Collaborate with Corrective Actions to determine necessary training or retraining as part of remediation Provide training histories and data to support root cause analyses and effectiveness evaluations Develop and monitor program metrics and trends for completion, expirations, and changes due to procedures or audits Support audits by supplying objective evidence of training and qualification Establish and maintain qualification and requalification controls with competency criteria and records Coordinate onboarding, transfers, and other personnel movements to ensure timely training Work with SMEs to create Clear, engaging training translating requirements into practical expectations Ensure training records are complete, traceable, retrievable, and compliant with quality requirements Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, audit findings, and stakeholder feedback Perform periodic reviews of the training matrix and records to maintain accuracy Key requirements 5+ years in nuclear quality assurance, quality training, or related fields in a regulated environment Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in quality, education/training, engineering, nuclear science, business, or related discipline Strong knowledge of 10 CFR 50 Appendix B and ASME NQA-1 and ability to translate QA requirements into training controls Experience creating and maintaining role-based training/qualification matrices Experience coordinating training in response to controlled procedure revisions Experience with corrective action, root cause, or performance improvement processes Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed-team environment and manage multiple deadlines Excellent communication and documentation skillscross-functional collaborationclear and upbeat communicationdetail-orientedknowledge of 10 CFR 50 Appendix B and ASME NQA-1training needs analysis and competency mappingtraining matrices and qualification records
