Senior Associate, Management Reporting (C63551C)

The Role: Partner with senior stakeholders on bespoke analysis relating to compensation, business economics, and strategic commercial questions. Frame ambiguous problems, structure rigorous analysis, and interpret results in a form that supports decisions. Present concise findings and new perspectives to senior audiences. Identify gaps in the team’s analytical approach and help expand its ability to address emerging needs. Lead initiatives involving generative AI, process improvement, automation, and technology adoption.

What We're Looking For: Seven to ten years’ experience in management-company finance, compensation consulting, or internal strategy within a large alternative asset manager. A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; an advanced degree is useful but not essential. Strong commercial judgment and experience producing sound analysis from incomplete data. Exceptional executive communication skills and a record of influencing senior decision-makers. This could suit a senior finance, compensation, or strategy professional from an alternative asset-management environment who enjoys combining detailed analysis with senior-level advisory work. #Referment
