Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift

Overview: Salary Range $21.00 Hourly Position Type Full Time Category Warehouse

Schedule: 3PM TO FINISH M-FPay: $21/HR

Position Summary: Loads outbound trucks and puts away inbound merchandise, and performs clean-up duties.

Essential Functions: Put away or stock inbound materials. Pulls customers' orders from inventory on hand. Load company and customer vehicles with outbound materials. Safely operate a forklift to assist in handling of materials. Sweep and clean warehouse and pick up trash. Observe all safety rules: (i.e. safety glasses, ear plugs, Lock Out/Tag Out, etc.).Assist in counting inventory.

Position Qualifications: Must be able to read and write so that written instructions and shipping papers can be easily followed and that corrections and needed information can be easily filled.

Analytical Skills: Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem. Must be able to pass our forklift operators test after a normal training procedure. Must be able to work in a team environment. Must be at least 18 years old.

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Experience: Knowledge of building materials a plus.
