Director of Community Programs & Strategic Initiatives

Groundworks New Mexico is seeking a Director of Community Resources to lead innovative programs and strategic initiatives that grow the organization and better serve the community. You will collaborate with leaders across the organization to turn ideas into action, improve operations, and launch new initiatives with lasting impact. Ideal candidates have 5-10+ years in program management or operations leadership and hold a Bachelor's degree, with MBA or advanced degree preferred.
