Coverage Needed: Dates for 2023:October 23 7am -October 27 7pmNovember 20 7am " November 22 7pmDecember 18 7am " December 22 7pmDates for 2024:Jan. 15 7am- Jan. 19 7pmClinical Information:1 week per month starting on Monday at 7am until the following Monday at 7am in the hospital or weekend per month starting at Friday at 5pm until Monday at 7am. Hospital only. Round on hospital patients. See new hospital patients. See ED patients. Pulm consultsEMR: Epic Patient volume: 15-20 patients/day Support staff: 3 providers/2 APPSTake call after hours.

Any gaps greater than 30 days will require an explanation on the CVDEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active Current Flu Vaccine Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
