Lead, Machine Learning Engineer

Overview You will lead the development and operationalization of machine learning capabilities that solve real-world business problems at Prudential. You’ll collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Product teams to deliver scalable ML models integrated with existing products and services. The role focuses on stability, reproducibility, and cloud-enabled deployment to drive customer impact and transformation. You will mentor peers, promote learning, and push innovation in a fast-paced fintech environment.
