Your main activities
Depending on the files entrusted to you, you are responsible, under the authority of the head of the Chorus department:
- For the creation and/or validation of expenditure and revenue acts in the Chorus financial information system (legal commitments, payment requests)
- For various files related to financial management or the use of Chorus / Chorus forms
- For contributing to internal control work
- For updating the dashboards relevant to your activity
- For the relationship with the courts, providers / suppliers, the public accountant, for any question related to the execution of expenses
- Composition and staff of the service
- The budget management office is composed of 6 cadres A, 10 cadres B, 9 cadres C.Your hierarchy
- The head of the Chorus department, the head of the budget management office.
- Your business contacts
- The courts (notably the management cells, centralizing services of justice fees, legal aid offices), the suppliers / providers, the DRFiP.Training offers associated with your start
- Training is provided internally for new arrivals
- Professional development prospects
- Subject to meeting statutory conditions, possibility of a grade or body promotion by inscription on a list of aptitude or professional examination.
