Key Responsibilities: Analyze campaign and business performance data for our marketing initiatives. Track and report on growth marketing investments and outcomes. Monitor the performance of new shows and entertainment programming. Consolidate business and marketing performance metrics into actionable reports. Partner with marketing teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Support ongoing planning and performance optimization efforts. Maintain and organize data sources used for business reporting and analysis.

Required Qualifications: (Must-Haves) Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to interpret and communicate data-driven insights. Collaborative working style with strong stakeholder partnership skills. Curiosity and willingness to investigate trends and business drivers. Experience working with marketing, customer, or business performance data.

Preferred Qualifications: (Nice-to-Haves) Experience creating dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or other visualization tools. Experience working with entertainment, streaming, media, or consumer-facing products. Passion for television, streaming platforms, and entertainment content. Familiarity with marketing analytics and performance reporting.
