Senior Director, Enterprise Healthcare Compliance & Strategy

Oscar Health seeks a Senior Director, Enterprise Compliance to lead and evolve the enterprise compliance program. Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, you will oversee regulatory compliance, change management, investigations, monitoring, policy governance, and education across the organization. You will work with Legal, Privacy, Security, Internal Audit, Product, and Operations to embed compliance in business processes, anticipate regulatory shifts, and provide executive-facing guidance.
