Field Organizer – Union Campaigns & Member Outreach

SEIU Local 521 is seeking an Internal Organizer to work with members across clerical, blue‐collar, professional and service workers in the Peninsula Area. The role involves recruiting, training, developing stewards, and leading worksite campaigns on contract issues, safety, and budget concerns. You will write and edit leaflets, participate in negotiations, and monitor grievances while ensuring timely action under union bylaws.
