Senior AI/ML Architect – Customer‐Facing, Strategic Role
Location: Richfield, Minnesota
Agency Rate - 75/hrOnsite / HybridRole Summary We are seeking a Senior Data & Analytics Architect to serve as a customer‐anchoring, consultative leader. This role combines deep architectural expertise with strong commercial and stakeholder‐shaping capability. The architect will co‐create the current‐to‐future state data, analytics, and AI vision, anchor senior customer conversations, and directly enable downstream solutioning and delivery opportunities for Wipro. This is not a pure design role—it requires ownership of the narrative, influence, and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Anchor and lead customer discussions with IT and Business teams.
Understand, document, and rationalize the current‐state data and analytics landscape.
Co‐create a future‐state / target architecture covering:
- Unified data foundation
- Data integration layer
- Analytics, dashboards, and reportingAI‐enabled insights and communication
- Address core LPF (Large Product Fulfilment) challenges:
- Lack of end‐to‐end visibility across product fulfilment lifecycle
- Data silos and failed prior "lighthouse" approaches
Shape AI‐enabled use cases (forecasting, decision intelligence, communication).Translate architecture into sized, phased delivery opportunities.
Partner with sales and delivery teams to ensure downstream revenue capture.
Serve as a long‐term embedded advisor, providing continuity across change.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Experience12–18+ years of experience in data, analytics, or platform architecture roles.8+ years in customer‐facing / consultative engagements.
- Proven experience shaping enterprise‐scale data and analytics transformations.
- Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and anchoring solution conversations.
- Core SkillsStrong current‐state to target‐state architecture design capability.
- Deep understanding of:
- Data engineering and integration
- Analytics and reporting platformsAI / advanced analytics concepts
- Commercial mindset—comfortable owning solution visioning, sizing, and positioning.
- Executive‐level communication and storytelling skills.
Preferred:
Retail, supply chain, or fulfilment analytics experience. Exposure to forecasting and planning platforms (e.g., o9, Relex).Experience operating in fast‐evolving, ambiguous environments.
