Using your knowledge of resources, you will perform service coordinator duties such as resident assessments, problem solving, and crisis intervention. You will use your interpersonal skills to advocate on behalf of the residents and coordinate educational, informative, and stimulating programs for them while maintaining confidentiality. This role is the bridge between residents and essential services that will help allow them to age-in-place with dignity. Multi-tasking and time management skills are essential in this job.
