To support the development of an AI system, the full-time temporary Knowledge Expert - Transportation will perform and document real-world tasks using specific software applications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Perform, record, and document end-to-end tasks in the area of software expertise
Break down complex workflows into precise, step-by-step actions and create representative task scenarios
Review and evaluate agent-generated actions for correctness and provide structured feedback to improve model performance
Required qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of experience with data annotation, QA, or task-based evaluation work
Professional or academic background in the software domain
Proficient, hands-on experience with relevant software applications
Ability to document processes clearly and follow task instructions reliably
