🚨 Now Hiring: Engagement Manager – Transformation & Process Optimization📍 Location: Chicago, IL⏳ Duration: 6+ Months💼 Engagement: Contract We’re looking for an experienced Engagement Manager to join an Analytics & Innovation team and lead enterprise transformation, process optimization, continuous improvement, and data-driven problem-solving initiatives.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
Lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, structured problem solving, process analysis, and change management.
Manage project plans, workstreams, milestones, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.
Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
Facilitate workshops and translate complex business problems and data into actionable recommendations.
Apply Operational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, and data-driven decision-making to improve processes and performance.
Coach and guide analysts and industrial engineers while influencing without formal authority.
Develop business cases, performance measures, and sustainable improvement solutions.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree.4+ years of relevant experience in transformation, process improvement, operations, consulting, project management, or analytics.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence.
- Strong project and workstream management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence, coach, and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.⭐ Preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black BeltPMP or strong project management experience
- Engineering, Technology, or Business degree
- Experience with data analytics, automation, or digital transformation
- Experience in airline, aviation, transportation, or logistics
- Prior mentoring, project leadership, or informal team leadership experience🔑 Key Skills
