Shift Details: 1 Position for 1stshift: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities: Direct the workflow of other employees to ensure that product produced is correctandgood quality. Repair or report machine problems immediately. Work closely with themachineoperators to maintain quality standards. Maintain a safe work environment as well as directing all staff to work safely and effectively. Properly train staff, enabling them to perform their assigned work task for the shift.

Qualifications: Must possess basic math skills. Must possess good leadership qualities and the ability to direct staff as necessary to meet production goals for the shift. Be able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is performed in amanufacturing environment. Work temperaturesmayvary due to outside temperatures. Work environment may be dusty.
