Restaurant Manager

James Beard Award winning Chef, Ken Oringer is looking to hire a Front of House Manager at his Spanish Tapas Restaurant, Toro, in Boston's South End. You will be working directly with The General Manager. Candidates should be organized and curious, eager and love to learn, can provide structure and warmth and above all, want to assist in creating a welcoming experience for both guests and Toro employees. We are looking for someone who is in this industry because they love creating experiences for others. We pride ourselves on creating reasonable hours as we understand the importance of work / life balance. Toro has been a thriving, high energy restaurant for over 15+ years and has incredible (neighborhood) regulars - it's a special restaurant and we are eager to find the right person to join a veteran team of highly skilled hospitality industry professionals.
