Strategic Corporate Paralegal - Governance & Securities

Salesforce.com, inc. is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support a legal team focused on corporate governance and securities matters in San Francisco. The role reports to the Senior Corporate Counsel, Corporate Governance & Securities, and collaborates with internal clients and other team members. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of paralegal experience in corporate/M&A, be detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
