At Truth At Work, our Chapter Presidents function as Faith-Driven Executive Coaches for the members in our peer advisory groups that we call Round Tables.
Job Role:
As a Chapter President, you will recruit and lead a group of Christian business owners and executives through monthly, in-person peer advisory meetings in your local area. This role offers the flexibility to build and lead a local chapter, leverage your accumulated business experience, and disciple leaders as they integrate faith and work. This opportunity appeals to those who are bivocational, independent contractors, and for those who feel called to build and shepherd a local chapter right where God has planted you.
Who You Are:
- A mature Christian passionate about integrating faith and business.10+ years' experience as a business owner, executive or senior business leader.
- Strong at relationship building, networking, and facilitation.
- Skilled at drawing out wisdom from others rather than giving all the answers.
- Experienced in coaching, mentoring, or leading business teams.
- Comfortable speaking to groups and guiding discussions.
- At a season in life where you feel called to invest your time and experience in other business leaders.
