Junior Sales Representative – West Coast

Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities across the West Coast. Prospect potential customers and partners through calls, email, Linked In, networking, industry events, and referrals. Build relationships with cities, parking operators, property owners, universities, airports, hospitals, residential and multifamily operators, and other organizations managing parking facilities. Introduce prospective customers to the PANGO platform and Mobile Smart City solutions. Schedule and participate in sales meetings, product demonstrations, and customer presentations. Maintain an organized pipeline and accurately track opportunities and follow-up activities in the CRM.Research target markets, organizations, decision-makers, and competitive opportunities. Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and commercial offers. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure a strong customer experience.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred, particularly in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.0–3 years of professional experience; previous sales, business development, customer-facing, or internship experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable initiating conversations and developing new professional relationships. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote/field environment. Interest in technology and the ability to learn technical solutions quickly. Strong presentation and written communication skills. Familiarity with CRM systems, Linked In, Microsoft Office, or similar business tools is a plus. Willingness to travel throughout the West Coast as required.
