Location:
Louisiana Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMWhat This Role Looks LikeMost of your day will be spent in scheduled video sessions with adults, couples, and families across Louisiana. The work is centered on helping people understand what is happening within their relationships and how changes at home, stress, grief, or ongoing disagreements may be affecting them. You will lead those conversations, keep each case organized, and step in appropriately when a concern falls outside the scope of routine therapy.
What You'll Do:
- Facilitate individual, couples, and family sessions by video
- Help clients talk through recurring issues in their relationships or home life
- Explore family roles, expectations, boundaries, and major changes when relevant
- Keep clinical notes clear and current after appointments
- Recognize situations that require closer review, referral, or a different level of care
- Communicate with other professionals when coordination is necessary
- Maintain appropriate boundaries and protect client privacy
- Practice in accordance with Louisiana LMFT and HIPAA requirements
