Construction Estimator (Mid - Senior level)

The Opportunity: We're looking for a driven Estimator to join our Albany team. In this role, you'll wear two hats - delivering precise, high-quality estimates while leading projects from kickoff through closeout. You'll be the connection between clients, subcontractors, and our operations team, building trust, solving problems, and ensuring every job is delivered safely, on time, and on budget. This is a role for someone who enjoys both the numbers and the relationships - a professional who can dive into the details of takeoffs and bids while also stepping up to lead people, grow client partnerships, and drive results.

What You'll Do: Develop accurate and competitive estimates that set projects up for success. Manage projects day-to-day, keeping safety, quality, and schedule top of mind. Build lasting relationships with clients, subcontractors, and partners. Mentor and guide team members, helping them grow in their careers.
