Role: Product Owner with Banking Location: Pennington, NJ

Job Description: Product OwnerOwn and support a Document Management platform from a product and requirements standpointGather and document business and regulatory requirements from business owners and stakeholdersWork closely with business users and compliance teams to understand operational and regulatory needsTranslate business and compliance requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteriaDefine and document regulatory compliance scenarios eg audit retention access traceabilityMaintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business and regulatory prioritiesEnsure requirements align with BFS regulatory standards and controlsSupport development and UAT teams with requirement clarifications and walkthroughsProven experience in a Product Owner or requirements focused roleStrong experience with requirements gathering and user story creationHandson experience working with Document Management or content centric platformsAbility to convert complex business and regulatory needs into actionable user storiesExperience collaborating closely with business owners and SMEsSolid understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and compliance driven use casesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsNice to HaveBFS domain knowledge Banking Financial ServicesExperience working in regulated environmentsExposure to regulatory or compliance related initiativesNot looking for Project Manager Scrum MasterPrimary focus on Product Ownership requirements and regulatory complianceSkillsMandatory Skills : BFS - GenericLTIMindtree is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity in the workplace.
