Deli Food Service Associate

As a vital part of our food and beverage team, you will have the opportunity to serve thousands of travelers by preparing and providing high-quality deli products. This role is perfect for those who have a passion for food service and providing a delightful customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Prepare high-quality deli food items according to company recipes and guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the deli area including food preparation tools and equipment. Restock deli supplies and ingredients while managing inventory to reduce wastage. Adhere to all food safety and handling policies to ensure compliance with state and local health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and answering questions regarding ingredients and preparation. Work collaboratively with team members to meet business objectives and enhace customer satisfaction. Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines rigorously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with using various kitchen appliances and tools. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
