Get Air Waterloo is hiring a General Park Manager to lead daily operations at the Waterloo trampoline park. You will supervise a team, hire and train staff, and drive profitability by meeting KPIs while maintaining a safe, fun environment for guests. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree or 2+ years of management experience, strong decision making and communication skills, and the stamina to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Expect base pay plus tips and bonuses.
