Sr. Finance Analyst Operations

Job Responsibilities: Develop effective relationships with operations business partners (Mfg, Mat, Log, SC)Manage PBV (Period, Burden & Variance) spending Manage COGS & Inventory accounting for NEXXSupport Factory Acct Model Assist manager with BSR (Balance Sheet Review) and SOX/Compliance processes Lead and/or support adhoc projects assigned by manager

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Cost/Managerial Accounting, or related field of study 4-7 years of experience. Business partnering Experience with enterprise level financial systems (SAP/BPC preferred)Experience with large international MFG and/or Engineering company preferred Proven analytical skills Strong MS Office skill set (Excel, PP, BI, etc.)

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
