Entry Level Marketing and Sales Role

About the Role: US Home Pro is looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our team as Entry Level Marketing Communications Representative. What You’ll Do: Generate and follow up on sales leads Engage customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate services Build strong, lasting customer relationships through open and interactive communication Provide accurate and complete product/service information Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals Maintain records of customer interactions and process customer accounts Follow established communication guidelines and policies to ensure service consistency Proactively engage customers and secure sales opportunities Participate in weekend promotional events and giveaways (coffee, donuts, hot dogs, ice cream, etc.) to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
