Senior Agentic Software Engineer — AI-Enabled Systems

MITRE is seeking a Senior Agentic Software Engineer to design, build, secure, and operate mission-focused software systems and data platforms. You’ll apply agentic/AI-enabled development techniques, advise sponsors, and lead architectural improvements and guardrail implementations. You will work across domains to deliver production-grade capabilities, with emphasis on secure coding, automated testing, and CI/CD practices, while meeting high reliability and compliance requirements.
