To support and resolve production incidents across AWS, GCP, and AliCloud, the long-term contract Multicloud Engineer will manage issues end-to-end from ticket intake and troubleshooting to root cause analysis while collaborating with Platform Engineering on complex escalations in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
Resolve production incidents and manage issues from intake to resolution
Collaborate with Platform Engineering on complex escalations
Implement and maintain multi-cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools
Required qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Cloud Operations, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering
Strong hands-on experience with AWS and GCP; familiarity with AliCloud is a plus
Proficiency in Kubernetes, IAM, VPC, Route 53, DNS, and Load Balancers
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk
