Warehouse Operations Associate

Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring Weekend Warehouse Associates to support order fulfillment for our global lifestyle brands. In this fast-paced retail distribution environment, you’ll receive, pick, pack, and ship apparel orders with accuracy and speed, using RF scanners and basic warehouse systems. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, organizing inventory, replenishing stock, building and labeling cartons, and meeting safety and quality standards. You’ll collaborate with a diverse, inclusive team, support e‑commerce growth, and have opportunities to learn logistics operations while working a consistent weekend schedule. Receive, unload, and sort inbound merchandise from trailers and containers Pick, pack, and ship customer and store orders accurately and on time Use RF scanners and basic warehouse systems to track inventory and orders Replenish and organize stock to maintain clean, efficient warehouse zones Build, label, and wrap cartons and pallets according to standards Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping guidelines in the facility Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy targets on weekend shifts Collaborate with team members and leads to resolve order or inventory issues Assist with cycle counts and basic inventory control tasks Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse workflows Order picking and packing RF scanner operation Basic inventory control Warehouse management systems familiarity Shipping and receiving processes Pallet jack and material handling Workplace safety procedures Time management and productivity Basic computer literacy Team collaboration Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k OSHA-compliant safety training (preferred) Forklift or powered industrial truck certification (preferred)
