Job Description: Job Description Forklift Operator - Day Shift
Location: Rogers, AR
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PMWe are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for a daytime warehouse position in Rogers, Arkansas. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of forklift and warehouse experience, previous forklift certification or training, and experience working in shipping, receiving, inventory, and general warehouse operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Operating a forklift to move, load, and unload materials
- Loading and unloading trucks and trailers
- Receiving and processing incoming inventory
- Picking and preparing orders
- Using RF scanners and basic warehouse computer systems
- Performing inventory counts
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as needed
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable forklift and warehouse experience
- Forklift certification or documented formal forklift trainingRF scanner experience
- Basic computer/data-entry skills
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or GEDReliable attendance
- Available Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PMMust be able to provide a recent business reference or certification to verify forklift experience
- Experience with warehouse management systems, third-party logistics, shipping/receiving, or packaging operations is preferred.
