Real Estate Associate

The ideal candidate will have: 3-5 years of experience in general real estate transactions, including purchase and sale, joint venture, and financing transactions. Candidates should possess strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized law schools and prior experience in a large or mid-sized law firm.

Duties: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation. Draft well-reasoned legal documents, including briefs and contracts. Assist in managing complex transactions from inception to resolution. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative strategies. Participate in high-level legal activities such as trials and negotiations. Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations. Engage in professional development opportunities. Contribute to firm programs and community involvement.

Certifications: Admitted to practice in the state of Texas.
