Tax Practice Leader (CPA/EA) — Path to Ownership, Hybrid

Valley Tax Advisors in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Tax Manager (CPA or EA) to lead the tax practice. You will manage and review returns for individuals, businesses, estates, trusts, and nonprofits, and drive planning conversations with clients. You will own client relationships, mentor the preparation team, and work with the founder on service strategy and succession, with a clear path to future firm ownership. The role is hybrid with two to three days in the office.
