Staff Pharmacist

Position Responsibilities: Review, verify, and dispense infusion medications accurately and efficiently Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations Monitor patient medication therapy and provide clinical recommendations when appropriate Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff regarding infusion treatments and medication management Counsel patients and caregivers on medications, administration, and side effects Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Participate in pharmacy quality assurance and safety initiatives Assist with inventory management and medication ordering Participate in rotating on-call schedule

Qualifications: Active Pharmacist license in Texas (Arkansas license preferred or ability to obtain)Infusion pharmacy experience preferred Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Long-term care or specialty pharmacy experience is a plus
