Multi-Family Project Estimator

Description: As an Estimator in the commercial and multi-family business, the candidate will focus on supporting the sales team by working with contractors to estimate quantities of building materials needed to complete multifamily buildings projects. An ideal candidate is interested in producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures. They must have strong oral and written communication skills; be self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. They must be highly organized with attention to detail and be able to perform critical thinking and problem solving. Candidates must be willing to relocate within driving distance of the office location - this is NOT a remote position.
