Concierge We are seeking a highly organized and energetic individual to join our team as a Concierge at our luxurious apartment location in Bellevue. This role involves delivering packages, assisting with moving materials, providing exceptional customer service, and performing various general tasks as required by the management team. The Concierge must demonstrate independence, initiative, and proficiency in all related tasks, ensuring five-star hotel quality service.
Responsibilities:
Deliver packages and assist with moving materials.
Perform customer service activities and other general tasks as needed.
Act independently with initiative in daily tasks.
Maintain proficiency in all concierge-related tasks.
React with urgency to situations requiring quick response.
Demonstrate superb communication and problem-solving skills. Take ownership in all aspects of work and ensure quality service.
Essential Skills:
Outstanding concierge and customer service skills. Ability to multi-task effectively.
Proficient English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work individually and in a team-centric environment. Self-motivation and strong initiative.
Comfort with asking questions to resolve issues.
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to solve problems creatively and think outside the box.
Reliability, diligence, dedication, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.

Work Environment:
Work in a luxurious apartment setting, part-time from Thursday to Saturday, 2:30pm to 11:00pm. The role is based at the front desk and involves data entry tasks.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $47840.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
