We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Per Diem Direct Support Staff to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Support individuals in working toward personal goals and daily independence Assist with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation Accompany individuals to appointments, community activities, and social outings Provide encouragement, guidance, and positive support Help create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current insurance/registration requiredCPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtainPMT certification preferred or willingness to obtain Must be at least 18 years old Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred, but not required Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others If you are looking for meaningful work where you can make a positive impact in someone’s life, we’d love to hear from you.
