Operations Director – Laundry Services

Base Salary: $180,000 to $220,000 + operational KPI-based bonus

This is a highly visible leadership role for an operations professional who knows how to develop strong plant leaders, improve efficiency, control costs, and create consistency across multiple locations. What We're Looking For: Laundry industry or manufacturing experience required Proven experience overseeing multiple operating locations or facilities Strong background in plant operations, productivity, staffing, scheduling, and labor management Demonstrated success improving operational efficiency and controlling costs Experience developing and leading plant managers or other senior operational leaders Hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operational execution Comfortable traveling approximately 60%to maintain a strong presence across facilities
