Requirements:
- Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Neonatology
- Fellowship-trained in Neonatology required
- Active Michigan license required at time of presentationBLS, NRP, and ACLS required
- Must currently work or have worked within the last 6 months in a Level III or IV NICUClean background requiredNPDB Self-Query report required within 30 days of presentation
- Provider must specify which open shifts they can cover at presentation
Additional Information:
- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90120 days
- Temporary privileges approved for urgent coverage needs
- Local providers preferred
- Mileage reimbursement only
