About the role

Working 100% remotely, the full-time Instructional Systems Specialist will design and develop effective instructional programs and training materials for military and civilian students while ensuring quality assurance throughout the instructional analysis process.
Key responsibilities: Develops programs of instruction and creates new master instructional plans while modifying existing plans Designs and develops instructional materials, including multi-media and computer-based training plans, in collaboration with subject matter experts Implements projects to improve procedures and baselines for the technical training process with minimal guidance
Required qualifications: Active secret clearance is required Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience or a high school diploma with 13 years of experience Experience in training development and Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Ability to assist with business development activities, including technical documentation and proposal writing Comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting and able to lift up to 10-15 pounds
