Condo Maintenance Technician EnSoleil Beach Resort

Essential Functions: Maintenance of all association property and equipment, upkeep of the pools/spa, and common areas. Check and maintain pool chemical levels. Perform scheduled inspections on building equipment and buildings, maintain storerooms and pump rooms. Perform Monthly HVAC preventive maintenance, and assist with custodial duties as needed.

Physical Demands: Work tasks are performed primarily outdoors. Temperature varies due to weather conditions. Position requires walking and giving directions; must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours. The length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task. Must be able to exert a well-paced ability to reach different outlets and other departments of the resort on a timely basis. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill cleaning and stocking tasks. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. On a regular and continuing basis. Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis. Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability, and visual acuity. Talking and hearing occur continuously in communicating with guests, supervisors, and other employees.

Education: High school or equivalent education preferred.
