Food & Beverage Manager Boca Raton, FL Full-Service Hotel Property What You Will Own Day to day leadership of F&B operations across all three revenue outlets: restaurant, banquets, and TOGODirect management of the Restaurant Manager, Head Chef, and Banquet Supervisor Hire and fire authority over the F&B team, exercised in coordination with the GM and Director of Operations rather than fully autonomous Shift coverage and hands-on floor presence as needed
What We Are Looking For:
Proven F&B management experience in a hotel or resort setting with multiple outlets Experience managing department heads (chef, restaurant manager level), not just line staff Comfortable operating with shared hire/fire authority and reporting into ownership/operations leadership Strong operational and financial acumen across a mid-size, high-volume F&B operation Hands-on leadership style, willing to work shifts alongside the team Compensation and Benefits$75,000 base salaryPTO: 1 week after year 1, 2 weeks after year 2, 3 weeks after year 51 week sick time 401(k) with 5% match after 12 months of employment 1 complimentary meal per shift Complimentary parking Health insurance, 75% employer paid, includes dental and vision
