Lead Engineer, Testimonials

Key responsibilities: Own the end-to-end architecture and operational documentation of the Testimonials platform Run day-to-day delivery for the Testimonials team, including scoping and shipping against the product roadmap Lead compliance efforts for SOC 2, including access management and secure development practicesRequired qualifications 8+ years of software engineering experience with senior or lead technical ownership of a production SaaS product Strong hands-on experience running services on Kubernetes, including deployment and troubleshooting Demonstrated ownership of a codebase end to end Experience leading a small team or workstream, setting standards, and mentoring engineers Comfortable partnering with Product on roadmap tradeoffs and communicating with non-technical stakeholders
