About the role

A pharmaceutical manufacturer is looking to bring on a Maintenance Technician in Allentown, PA. This is a night shift position with the hours of 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM. This is a hands-on role involving maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment throughout the manufacturing facility, including production machinery, process equipment, utilities, and packaging systems.
Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair mechanical and manufacturing equipment, including pumps, motors, gearboxes, valves, and piping systems. Perform basic electrical, motor, and instrumentation troubleshooting. Support equipment calibrations, preventative maintenance, and packaging line changeovers. Work with the maintenance team to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime. Follow GMP and safety procedures.
What We're Looking For:
  • Industrial maintenance experience, ideally in pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated manufacturing.
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and equipment repair skills.
  • Experience working with pumps, motors, gearboxes, valves, and piping systems.
  • Basic electrical and instrumentation knowledge.
  • Experience with pipefitting, rigging, and industrial maintenance tools is a plus.
