New Account Representative

Responsibilities: Prospect on a daily/weekly basis to set up customer meetings to present Link’s “Managed Services Portfolio. Must achieve minimum daily and weekly prospecting activity Participate in team meetings and activities to drive new business Support marketing efforts of the Managed Services Team Generate proposals and close business to achieve an assigned MRR (monthly recurring revenue) Quota Coordinate with the Network Service Team/VP for custom quotes or project services quotes Document all sales activities and documents in the CRM system Meet weekly with your “Sales Manager” to review activity, pipeline and other sales issues Travel in the assigned sales territory, as required Transition customers to an “Account Manager” after the initial contracts are consummated Engage “Inside Sales” or the assigned “Account Manager” for any hardware opportunities Expectations: Maintain a positive attitude Comfortable prospecting via phone and in person Exhibit excellent teamwork skills Be organized and perform timely follow up Prioritize customer satisfaction Participate in “Sales Training Activities” as assigned Professional dress and conduct
