Modern Worship Director: Lead Worship & Team Growth

FMC is seeking a full-time worship leader to guide its modern worship ministry and report to the Lead Pastor. You will lead weekly services, coordinate production, and mentor musicians. This role requires 40+ hours per week, including Sundays, and supports multiple campus ministries. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of church worship leadership experience, strong musical and leadership abilities, and comfort with technology in a ministry context.
