Job Description:

We are seeking ahands-on Account Managerto join our management team at Lihue Airport (LIH). This is anoperations-driven role, ideal for a leader with practical experience inmanaging teams, training staff, and overseeing daily operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations (Approx. 80%)
Overseedaily airport operations, including cleaning, driving, and car movement activities.
Maintainhigh productivity and performance standardsfor VSAs, drivers, and support staff.
Providehands-on training and mentorshipto supervisors, leads, and administrative personnel.
Solveclient issues.
Cover shifts as needed to support operational continuity.
Monitor compliance withsafety protocols and company standards.
Administrative (Approx. 20%)
Managescheduling, shift coverage, and payrollfor operational staff.
Conductworkforce planning and forecastingto meet service demands.
Attendclient meetingsto review performance and operational needs.
Maintain operational and productivity reports for management review.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 2 years progressive leadership experiencemanaging operations or teams.
Proven experience intraining staff and managing multiple roles.
Strong background inclient relationship managementand problem-solving.
Experience withrecruiting, hiring, retention, and performance management.
Preferred:
Car rental or airport operations experience.
Bilingual in English and Hawaiian / or Tagalog
Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s licenseand authorized to work in the U.S.
Open availability includingweekends and holidays.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay:
$70,000 annually
