Job Description: Can’t Miss US is a rapidly growing digital mobile billboard service(www.cantmiss.us) seeking a Fleet Maintenance Manager to join our team. The Fleet Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the company's equipment and vehicles are maintained to the highest standards. This includes performing regular maintenance, managing repairs and inspections, and overseeing the maintenance team. Responsibilities: ● Oversee the maintenance team and ensure all equipment and vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.● Manage repairs and inspections, including ensuring repairs are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.● Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed appropriately.● Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance program.● Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.● Monitor and manage maintenance costs.● Manage the company's fleet maintenance app, ensuring all necessary information is up-to-date and accurate.

Qualifications: ● High school diploma or equivalent.● Prior experience managing a maintenance team.● Knowledge of equipment and vehicle maintenance and repair.● Experience managing a fleet maintenance app.● Excellent organizational and communication skills.● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.● Strong problem-solving skills.● Familiarity with relevant safety regulations.

Fleet Admin Requirements: 2+ years in a logistics/admin role. Experienced and efficient in using Google Drive, Google Sheets Efficient in using Whatsapp for communications Outstanding organizational skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Fast communication Excellent written and verbal communication. Prefer someone who is mechanically or technically inclined We offer a competitive salary of $600-700 per week.
