Automotive Dealership Service Department Cashier - Audi Hoffman Estates

Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner. Process customer payments for service and repair work. Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately. Review and close out service repair orders. Answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer inquiries. Maintain accurate records and balance daily transactions. Assist service advisors and other department staff with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications: Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred. Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic computer skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and ability to work well with others.
