Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities: Must be able to work individually while maintaining exceptional customer service Efficient trouble-shooting and problem-solving of all common mechanical systems up to 50 tons Able to follow all Russell's safety guidelines and customer requirements Perform preventive maintenance on heating and cooling systems Perform related work as assigned Build strong customer relationships and build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs/expectations Maintain understanding of company repair policies and pricing Ability to discuss repair options with clients and present estimates Ability to learn and utilize all company software applications

Qualifications: 5+ years' experience Valid Driver's License and clean DMV record Excellent technical and communication skills Friendly, personable, and responsible team player Possess own tools Knowledge of the theory, methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the trade. Knowledge of the operating principles and characteristics of the various types of refrigeration and air conditioning systems Knowledge of basic electricity and control systems Ability to apply the theory, technique, principles, and processes of the HVAC mechanic's trade Ability to read, understand, and work from schematics Universal EPA certified OSHA Certification (preferred) Be able to bend, stoop, reach, stand, lift and move 50lbs regularly throughout the day
